  3. A PROPOSED PROGRAM OUTLINE FOR GARDENERS

  6. 1.  Menu.  This offers a selection of gardening subjects.
  7.     Annuals, Perenials, Trees, Shrubs, Lawns, Fertilizers
  8.     Pest Control, Exotic Plants  etc.
  9.  
  10. 2.  On selecting a subject, a second menu is presented.
  11.     This menu will offer a selection of plants pertaining to
  12.     the selection.
  13.    
  14.     For example: 
  15.     Selecting Annuals would bring up a menu to offer 
  16.     identification by name (Popular and Genus).
  17.  
  18. 3.  On identifying the specific plant, the program would
  19.      then proceed to show all the specifics of that plant.
  20.      Color, Height, Soil Preference, Light Preference,
  21.      Suggested Uses, Susceptibilty to pests, Brief mention
  22.      of methods of propagation.

  24. 4.   Propagation, Fertilizer and Pest Control would have
  25.      several pages of information stored in special self-
  26.      decompressing files.

  28. 5.   Each of the latter segments of information would be
  29.      presented with the option of print-out.
